Welcome to our Website

The Mustard Tree is a quality guesthouse situated in Carbis Bay overlooking the St Ives bay area and Godrevy Lighthouse, providing an excellent bed and breakfast all year round.

It has a delightful garden and free private parking. Guests are provided with keys for access at any time.

The Carbis bay beach is a five-minute walk away and St Ives town, with all its beaches, charm and character, is only a five-minute drive, bus or train ride away.

The Mustard Tree guest house has nine well appointed, modern rooms available comprising five doubles (one with king size bed), one twin, one family room (double and two single beds+extra 'Z-bed' if required), one large double/triple room and a single. All rooms are en-suite except the single, which has its own separate private facilities. All rooms have TV, fridge, courtesy trays, hair dryer and central heating.

The B & B has a separate dining room and residents lounge. The lounge is fully equipped with 42" plasma TV, DVD and video. A computer is available to guests for internet access and also Wi-fi connection

Breakfast is included in the overnight price. We cater for vegetarians and those on gluten free or lactose free diets.

Since there are many restaurants to choose from in the area for full evening meals, we offer a 'Lite Bite' menu between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. with a range of excellent value meals, such as jacket potatoes and various baguettes approx. £4-00 to £5-00.

For peak holiay season and bank holidays a minimum booking of 2 nights generally applies, but if you require 1 night bookings please contact us by email or phone to check 1 night booking availability.

Tariff

The rates vary through the year. To view the relavant room rate please go to the 'bookings' tab and select the month you are interested in and click 'go'. Then click on 'book' for the date you require and pictures of the rooms are shown, select the room that interests you and the rate will appear.

Wheelchair Access

There is a gentle slope from the car park to the front door with easy access. The twin and double rooms on the ground floor can accommodate wheel chairs. Please note that doors are standard width.
