The Mustard Tree is a quality guesthouse situated in Carbis Bay overlooking the St Ives bay area and Godrevy Lighthouse.

It has a delightful garden and free private parking.

The Carbis bay beach is a five-minute walk away and St Ives town, with all its beaches, charm and character, is only a five-minute drive, bus or train ride away.

Accommodation:

There are seven well appointed, modern rooms available comprising three doubles (one with king size bed), one twin, one family room (double and two single beds+extra 'Z-bed' if required), one large double/triple room and a single. All rooms are en-suite except the single, which has its own separate private facilities. All rooms have TV, fridge, courtesy trays, hair dryer and central heating.

There is a separate dining room and residents lounge. The lounge is fully equipped with 42" plasma TV, DVD and video. A computer is available to guests for internet access and also Wi-fi connection

Breakfast is included in the overnight price. Since there are many restaurants to choose from in the area for full evening meals, we offer a 'Lite Bite' menu between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. with a range of excellent value meals, such as jacket potatoes and various baguettes approx £4-00.

Wheelchair Access

There is a gentle slope from the car park to the front door with easy access. The twin and double rooms on the ground floor can accommodate wheel chairs. Please note that doors are standard width.
